    Baker Tilly Egypt is one of the largest accountancy and business advisory firms in Egypt. Mohamed Hilal & Co. and Wahid Abdel Ghaffar & Co. merged in May 2022 under the name Baker Tilly Mohamed Hilal & Wahid Abdel Ghaffar, the Egyptian member firm of Baker Tilly international.

    Mohamed Hilal & Co. was founded in 1951 and Wahed Abdel Ghaffar & Co. was founded in 2002. Both firms are considered pioneers in auditing, tax and advisory in Egypt.
